Founded by Kanu Makan, Storage Max is Pukekohe’s newest storage company. Each Storage Max unit is a twenty foot shipping container – a simple, straightforward and creative storage solution.
Kanu commissioned Sketch Studio to design a brand that symbolised the creativity of his business model and simplicity of his customer’s experience.

Storage Max’s shipping container concept – their point of difference within the industry – set the foundation for the brand’s design. The bold rectangular shapes are symbols of shipping containers and together form a strong and modern ‘SM’ monogram. Inspired by Kanu’s bright shipping containers, the distinctive orange colour feels bold and creative while the sharp typography keeps the brand clean and contemporary.
